Hidden Links "Pot Of Gold™" Sweepstakes - Official Rules

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The HIDDEN LINKS® POT OF GOLD (SM)” SWEEPSTAKES begins on February 25, 2018 at 12:00:00 AM EDT and ends on March 30, 2018 at (may end at any given time that date).

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Hidden Links, Inc. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at golf@hiddenlinksgolf.com during the Promotion Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States of America who are minimum age 21 on the Sweepstakes beginning date. Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, along with anyone employed by or affiliated in any way with a member of IAGTO (International Association of Golf Tour Operators) or NAGTOA (North American Golf Tour Operators Alliance), along with any previous Hidden Links-sponsored sweepstakes winner or guest are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes, win a prize, or be chosen as a winner’s guest. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter, win, or be chosen as a winner’s guest. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is Void Where Prohibited or restricted by law.

3. GRAND PRIZE:

Grand Prize: 1 winner will receive a golf vacation to Ireland (the Hidden Links “Pot of Gold(SM)”), approximate retail value (“ARV") $5000), for 2 travelers (winner plus one guest). Winner’s guest must also meet the eligibility requirements. This grand prize includes 6 nights' accommodations in twin/double occupancy (2 to a room), 5 rounds of golf for 2 golfers, and a rental car, all inclusive of VAT (local destination taxes). Rental car includes basic insurance only. Airfare is NOT included. Inclusions are as listed in the sweepstakes description and cannot be transferred, substituted, or altered except at sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner agrees to be bound by Hidden Links’ tour terms and conditions and a separate reservation form must be submitted to claim the prize, that reservation form will include additional terms and conditions of travel and those terms and conditions will then govern the Prize awarded.

Only one prize will be awarded. Prize must be used between April 1, 2019 and October 31 2019. Prize and its individual listed inclusions cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner and any inclusions not available on a winner’s chosen dates are forfeited. Winner assumes risks of inclusions not being available if winner’s/guest’s flights are purchased prior to confirmation of hotel and golf starting times. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, stolen, or unused prize items or elements/inclusions within the prize.

This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America and Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said location. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

4. HOW TO ENTER, AND ENTRY LIMIT: Enter the Sweepstakes by submitting the entry form, which can be found on the following website: www.hiddenlinksgolf.com/sweepstakes. Only one entry per person will be accepted and attempting to enter multiple times may result in all entries being withdrawn from the sweepstakes. Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations may be disqualified. Entries made from general contest/sweepstakes subscription “clearing house” type website links and referrals may be disqualified. Sponsor is the sole determiner of which websites fall under the “clearing house” category. Any entries coming from a website referral that is not approved by Sponsor may be disqualified. Whether any website referring possible entrants is approved or not is solely decided by Sponsor. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, Twitter handles or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS OF WINNING: The Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted approximately April 15, 2018 after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information approximately 15 (FIFTEEN) days after the random drawing. Potential Winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 15 (FIFTEEN) days of notification and travel dates must be chosen within 45 (FORTY-FIVE) days. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email or social media account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively "the Prize Claim Documents”). A W9 form may be required as part of the Prize Claim Documents for the purposes of income reporting. Winner agrees to let Sponsor use his/her name and likeness in perpetuity whether as “current” sweepstakes winner or “past” sweepstakes winner. A portion of the trip may be photographed and/or recorded via video by the Sponsor (or its assigns), at the expense of the Sponsor, for future marketing purposes at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner grants and assigns to the Sponsor all rights including but not limited to the use, reuse, reproduction, modification, publication, display, transmission, and performance in any and all media for the purposes of advertising, promoting, and marketing the Sponsor’s services and products. No compensation will be given to the winner for such photos or videos.

7. PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at https://www.hiddenlinksgolf.com/privacy-policy/ Personal information collected from Entrants is used only for the purpose of the Sweepstakes and to notify winners and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor or other third parties unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and marketing or promotional material from Sponsor or a third party.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitute’s each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its designees’ use of such winners’ name, likeness, photograph, opinions, hometown, and State/Province for advertising, promotional and other purposes, in any manner, in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification or permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any expense incurred as a result of any flight cancellation or delay. Travel is subject to the availability of the specified inclusions on the winner’s chosen dates, availability during any specific date range is not warranted or guaranteed.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited, Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold Sponsor harmless from any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Sweepstakes. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or prize awarded shall be brought in Fulton County, State of Georgia. Under no circumstances will Entrants be permitted to obtain attorneys’ fees or other legal costs and under no circumstances will an Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Sweepstakes and these official rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its principles of conflicts of law.

WINNER LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain a copy of the Winner List or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request via Certified Mail along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to HIDDEN LINKS, INC. cc: POT OF GOLD at P.O. BOX 97, ROSWELL GA 30077-0097. Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later than 60 (SIXTY) after the Promotion Period has ended.
