Two Homes of Golf: St. Andrews and East Lothian

In Scotland, the game of life and the game of golf are intertwined like nowhere else on earth. The personification of this can be found at the “Home of Golf,” St. Andrews, where the town and the game could hardly exist without one another. But, just as St. Andrews has its Old, New, and Jubilee Courses, and is the centerpiece to a variety of championship links and hidden gems nearby, Gullane is home to Gullane #1, #2, and #3, with other glorious links courses just a few minutes away. Like its northerly neighbor across the Firth, the entire town of Gullane revolves around golf, only with far fewer tourists and a much more “local” flavor. This tour combines the best of both worlds, and is one for the truly discerning golfer!
